More importantly (and we hid this at the bottom so most people wouldn’t find it)…
This website collects your IP address and time and date of visit. We use this to wonder at all the people not on or near the Riverwalk who wish to come to San Antonio. Any contribution you provide (comments, emails and other spam) may be used in any media we choose (such as books, T-shirts, mugs, etc.) – you agree to this, and we don’t have to pay you a cent, though if it’s really good we might buy you a Happy Hour beer or something. We may also publish whatever name you put with the comment. Basically, if you want to visit this site, we make no guarantees about how we use what information you provide (IP address, comments, etc.) so don’t start looking for a personal injury lawyer just yet, even though I know this is Texas and y’all want to sue. You have no privacy and/or rights on the Riverwalk.
