Welcome to the new VTR website
In an attempt to use our city-ordinanced budget for the rest of 2009, we found the most expensive designers and the best Happy Hours. The result is that the site is now more confusing to use, but the Happy Hours were spectacular. We hope you’ll join us in congratulating ourselves.
